In-flight Essentials

Here are my in-flight essentials which I have found make flying just that little bit more comfortable.

There are things that you a will always need when traveling such passport, tickets, money etc. But some items such a reading materials and headphones can make your journey far less painful. I prefer to still take a paper copy of a magazine (I stock up on a variety at W H Smith at the airport) but if you have a really long flight it might be easier to download copies of magazines onto an iPad. Other essentials I never travel without are sunglasses (ideal to hide post flight puffy eyes) and my jewellery. Touch wood I have never lost my suitcase but I know it happens, keeping my jewellery with me gives me reassurance that I'm not going to lose anything sentimental.

The travel essentials:
- Travel documents
- Purse with foreign currency and cards
- Travel guide

Inflight pampering isn't for everyone but I like to looking after my skin while up in the air. I like to take my makeup off during the flight and then apply a hydrating serum (the La Biosthetique La Capsules are perfect for inflight) and eye patches to keep my skin hydrated. Something else that's always nice to have when flying are the This Works Sleep minis, ideal for relaxing whilst up in the air.
