My Little Bubble Box
After a disappointing box last month I was hoping that this one would be much better. I think this is a 50/50 box for me, some bits I really like and other weren't for me. It's nice to finally get a luxury sample from a well known brand like Givenchy as I normally seem to miss out on these ones. If you want to find out what else was in this months box keep reading.
The French are renowned for their skin care so I am always up for trying French skin care brands. Pschitt Magique by Garancia looks to be a facial peeling spray, I can't tell much from the packaging as it's all in French but I am looking forward to trying it out.
The My Little Beauty part of this months box is the Bubble Blush; a lip and cheek tint which is in a nail polish style bottle and applicator. I have swatched this on the back of my hand and I am unfortunately not a fan, the colour just isn't right for my skin tone but the formula is nice and easily blendable. It has a strong bubble gum smell which again isn't really to my taste but if you like sweet scents you'll enjoy this.
A very exciting item in this box is this trial sized Givenchy Noir Couture Volume Mascara. I haven't tried any Givenchy make up before so I am looking forward to trying this mascara. It is a luxury sample size which is always great to have and I find perfect for traveling or keeping as a spare in my handbag.
I was seriously considering buying myself a beauty blender so this came at the perfect time. It feels like it's made from the same material as the original beauty blender and is shaped in the same way. This is a really useful tool to have in any makeup kit.
My hair managed to defeat this brush from first use. To be fair to the brush, I have very thick hair and it does take a lot to get through all the knots. The brush itself has a very cute design so I have passed it onto my mum.
